Persia, the land of poets, writers, civilization...
A place where the world's first human rights declaration was made. A rich homeland of culture, color and pastime. The strength of this culture has given us reason for pride and self-regard. THIS IS THE PROMISE OF PERSIAN CENTER More than 2 decades have past since our most recent migration to this land. Today as the world becomes smaller and smaller, thousands of Iranians continue to migrate to different parts of the world. During this era, we have become an established and accomplished community. We have moved far beyond the struggle for physical survival and now we search for the nourishment of our souls and hearts yearning the culture we have left behind. The Persian Center encourages and facilitates programs contributing to the cultural, professional, and artistic advancement and enrichment of the Community. It is a place of gathering where Iranians, Iranian descendants, and all interested can unite to celebrate traditional cultural holidays such as No-Rooz, Mehregan, and Yalda, as well as hold other ceremonies such as concerts, art exhibitions and even traditional weddings!
